For players around the world and for brands, we create game experiences for events, for mobile phones, for websites and in the physical world. Augmented reality, virtual reality, GPS and other sensors are standard ingredients to our games.
For our team in Zurich, Switzerland, we are looking for an
AR Mixed-Reality Unity Developer
part- or full-time,
hybrid,
immediately
You are working together with our international and interdisciplinary team on the following tasks:
- Working on games and gamification productions
- Create concepts, implement prototypes and ready-to-market products in Unity and with other appropriate software tools
- Test your code in our continuous integration (CI) and continuous deployment (CD) environment
- Communicate with our team
- Participate in the agile development process
You are a talented and open engineer. You are a self-directed learner, ready to work in an interdisciplinary field around gaming and digital creation. The following qualifications are ideal:
- Experience with AR / MR development
- Proficient in extended features of Unity (e.g. optimization, profiler usage, cross platform development…)
- Build and maintain core engine components, pipelines and tools on multiple hardware platforms
- Strong in writing clear, maintainable C# code
- Debugging and testing skills to deliver stable releases
- Joined-up thinking: Ability to recognize the interaction of various factors, to analyze them and to derive ideas for action from them
- An interest in games and game design
You are accustomed to collaborating on software projects in small teams using version control, you know how to write maintainable and modular code and are interested to work on front-end design, game logic, networking and other parts of an app. Desirably, you have experience in the following topics:
- Develop AR applications in Unity und A-Frame
- Using tools such as OpenCV for computer vision tasks
- Experience with hardware, such as HoloLens, Snap AR Spectacles, Meta Oculus Quests
You have the ambition to deliver great software in the time planned. You are capable of reasoning in complex situations. You are a well-organized person that keeps records in a scientific way. You are used to agile development.
